Project Background
Bentonite is a nonmetallic mineral mainly composed of montmorillonite. It has been used in more than 100 sectors in 24 fields of industrial and agricultural production, so people call it "omnipotent soil." The bentonite powder production line purchased by the customers in Afghanistan is mainly used for processing bentonite whose raw material size is less than 20mm, and the finished product with the fineness of about 200-400 mesh is produced to meet the industrial requirement. Combining equipment performance and customer site conditions, TYM recommended a full set of YGM130 high-pressure suspension roller mill equipment, fully meets the customer’s production requirements, maximize shows the advantages of high-pressure suspension roller mill.And create the expected Economic benefits for customer.

Technical Process
Less than 20mm material move to hopper through the bucket elevator, through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly fed to the mill.Then will get 200-400 mesh powder. The qualified material is blown to the classifier above the mill by the blower and sent to the powder collector. Lifted by the elevator into the boiling furnace, after calcination, and then lifted by the elevator to the finished product warehouse, equipped with double-mouth packing machine and tankers, and ultimately transported to the destination.
